1. Valuation:

2. Marketing:

3. Vendor Feedback:
Your potential buyers are interviewed by us, before they view your home, after which we provide you with feedback and comments from them, to help with your marketing campaign.
4. Complete Private Client:
You often hear people talking about the stress of moving home. With so much to organise, it’s hardly surprising. You’ll need a legal representative, a survey and maybe a mortgage. Not forgetting arranging for gas, electricity and telephone to be connected at your new home. Finding companies to supply you with these things may not be a problem, but getting them to work together is another matter entirely. 5. Complete Offer Check:
When an offer is made, we we’ll check the buying chain with other appropriate agents and solicitors, so you know you can take our advice to accept or reject with confidence. Our aim is to achieve the best possible price for your home. NB: We will not recommend the offer until the purchaser has clearly demonstrated to us in writing that they have money in the bank or finance arranged.
6. Complete Relationship Managment:
We take the management of the sale of your home very seriously and Vanessa Varcoe and Donna Holliday our Sales Support will ensure the smooth progress of your sale. Their responsibility is to manage the relationship between the vendor, purchaser, solicitors and the rest of the chain.
7. Exchange:
Donna and Vanessa will ensure that all the key areas are monitored between offer and exchange; they will liaise with the solicitors to facilitate the speedy supply of the contracts and make sure that the mortgage valuer only visits at your convenience. They will also help you with planning the dates for exchange and completion and even recommend a removal company.

8. Completion:
Vanessa and Donna will ensure that all the key areas are monitored between exchange and completion; they will ensure that all monies are transferred on completion day and your keys, which are normally held by us, are released once we have received confirmation from your solicitor that the sale has completed.
9. Your New Home:
After you move in we will phone or visit within the 1st week and ask for some feedback about your experience with complete and also run through our moving in check list.
10. Happy Birthday:
Over time you may want to make home improvements, check the current value of your home or to move again. To help with these choices we provide a free Birthday Valuation service. If you have brought or sold in Hampshire we will visit you on each anniversary of your sale or purchase and provide a free up to date valuation of your home.
