Thank you for your help when we were faced without heating and hot water last week.

It was very reassuring to find that in an urgent situation such as we experienced last week, our calls were taken in a friendly, polite and efficient manner.

We were also really gratfeul for the dedication of the service engineeer who stayed unsociable hours to repiar the boiler in time for the forecast cold spell over the weekend, and to our landlord for the short notice approval of the repair work.
